A day has passed since the Decree of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on partial mobilization, which is intended to help achieve the objectives of the special military operation.
There are questions that concern our citizens. It is important to answer them correctly.
On the reasons.
Today, our soldiers and officers are fighting not only against armed Nazi formations but also against NATO forces: NATO instructors, NATO mercenaries, NATO equipment, weapons, and ammunition are present in Ukraine. The line of contact spans over 1,000 kilometers. For context: during the Great Patriotic War, four fronts operated to liberate Ukrainian territories from the Nazis. It is clear that we must increase the size of our Armed Forces.
Who is subject to partial mobilization?
Partial mobilization will affect those who have previously served, have combat experience, and possess in-demand military occupational specialties. A total of 300,000 reservists will be called up. It will not affect 99% of the mobilization pool — those who have not served, have no military experience, are currently studying at universities, etc.
On guarantees.
The legal status of volunteers and the fighters from the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics will be equal to that of Russian servicemen. We will also promptly adopt decisions regarding credit holidays and the preservation of employment guarantees for mobilized citizens. These issues are under strict oversight. No one will be abandoned.
On deputies.
Those who meet the criteria for partial mobilization should contribute by participating in the special military operation. There is no exemption for deputies. Since the beginning of the operation, Adam Delimkhanov has been in Donbas, leading volunteers from the Chechen Republic, along with Dmitry Sablin, Viktor Vodolatsky, Akhmed Dogaev, and others.
